Delivery lead times can vary according to the product ordered.
Please refer to table below. Please note if you have ordered more than one item, with 2 or more different delivery times, then your order will be
dispatched under the longest lead time, to enable you to benefit from the combined postage tariff.
Below is the delivery times for each category of item:-

All made to order - Dispatched within 3-6 working days after receipt of payment on a 2-3 working day delivery service (ie 5 to 9 working days lead time) (Ceramic Coat hooks are all made to customer specific designs - therefore will be at the later end of the delivery scale for this category). Please make sure you are happy with this length of time before placing an order. |

Made to measure - please allow 10-12 working days* for delivery (Painted racks have many coats applied and require adequate drying time between each coat of paint and then the final resting/drying time (minimum..of 2 days) before being wrapped for dispatched and hence this is why painted racks have one of the longest lead times) Please make sure you are happy with the length of lead time quoted above before placing an order. |

Dispatched within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment on a 2-3 working day delivery service (ie 3 to 5 working days lead time) |
Orders placed and paid after 5pm will be deemed as being ordered on the following working day.
ie an order placed and paid for at 9pm on a Tuesday evening will be deemed as being received on the Wednesday and dispatch dates will commence from this date.
Orders placed and paid on Friday Afternoon will be dated as first processed on Monday Morning, when we are back at work.
However with all our orders, we will always endeavour to try to get it to you sooner than the quoted lead times if we can.
We use either Royal Mail service or other 3rd party couriers depending on your shipment dimensions and weight and postcode of delivery
Your basket will calculate the delivery charge - based on weight and location. This can be reviewed before any final purchase.
For delivery to areas classed as Zone 2 or 3 by Parcelfore, we would kindly ask if you can appreciate that delivery to these outlying areas
can take a little longer than the lead time quoted and we therefore ask for your patience.
We only ship to the confirmed address provided by Paypal./ Credit Card companies for security.
Therefore before you pay please make sure that your Paypal address matches the address you would like us to ship to. Thank-you for your understanding.
