We are a very small 'artisan' business , a vast proportion of our product range is made to order and has a longer lead time - coupled with Christmas delivery times from couriers , we do opt to have an early cut off date of the 10th for orders pre-Christmas. In the meantime behind the scenes, we will still be processing customers orders currently ordered and in the system in our workshop up to 17th December. On the 18th, we will start our Annual Christmas break until 2nd January, when the website will resume being able to take orders. We will monitor all customer emails and will aim to reply within 24 hours. If you have an order in the system rest assured it is still being made for you behind the scenes! We apologise for any inconvenience that our early cut off may cause, but thank you for your understanding.
